As part of the registration as a member of the Website you will be asked to submit personal data to Pamela Anne Furnishings. You are responsible for ensuring that the data you submit is complete and correct. After you have completed the registration process, you will receive a confirmation of your registration by email. To facilitate access to the online service on our website you will be required to create a password. You are obliged to treat this password and any other access data confidentially and protected from access by unauthorised third parties. Pamela Anne Furnishings reserves the right to refuse registration without providing reasons.
Neither the display of goods on the Website nor the sending of “offers” to members is an offer for sale (in the legal sense) but an invitation for you to make an offer in relation thereto. By submitting an order by clicking “order” you make a contractual offer to us in respect of such goods, which we are free to accept or reject. After submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation email from Pamela Anne Furnishings. We are entitled to terminate the contract between us for any reason and at any time up until the commencement of shipping of the products you have ordered.
All contracts entered into through the Website are made directly between the member and Pamela Anne Furnishings.
Description of Products
Each product purchased is sold subject to its Product Description. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products listed on the Website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Although we aim to keep the Website as up to date as possible, the information, including product descriptions, appearing on this Website at a particular time may not always reflect the position at the exact moment you place an order.
The dimensions given are written for your guidance. Before ordering, please ensure that there is adequate room to take the furniture through any doorways and windows, taking note of any restricted passageways, stairs and awkward turns.
Wood & Metal
Many wood and metal finishes are applied by hand and may vary in colour, tone and character. While Manufacturer will make every effort to match a finish, no guarantee can be made of an exact match. Manufacturer does not guarantee finishes against fading and oxidizing. All furniture featuring brass elements will need to be properly cared for and polished over time. Due to the porous nature of brass, it is common to have slight, unavoidable discrepancies in the metal upon production completion. Variations in colour and veining are inherent in stone and wood and considered to be part of the natural beauty. Furniture and lighting is handmade, and therefore is subject to slight variations. Due to this, products may vary from images seen online. With exposure to light and air, cherrywood, maple and oak will mature to a deeper colour. This will be most pronounced in cherrywood, which mellows to a deep copper colour. For this reason, objects placed on surfaces could leave ‘shadows’ when removed. Should this happen, exposure to daylight will eventually darken these paler areas.
Dining table designs are handmade and are subject to slight inconsistencies. Table tops and bases are made and shipped in separate crates. Glass table tops are not anchored to the base upon arrival, and thus does not guarantee maximum stability upon placement.
All console designs are handmade and subject to slight inconsistencies. Certain console designs could cause a small percentage of instability upon movement. Please exercise caution when moving consoles, providing proper support, as they are very fragile.
Leather and Fabric
Leather is a natural product and each hide will have its own individual characteristics and natural marks. Differences in the grain, texture and colour may be apparent from one hide to another and even within the same hide. Pamela Anne Furnishings selects only hides of the highest quality but some marking is inevitable and should be accepted as part of the individual appearance of leather furniture. Manufacturer does not guarantee fabrics or leathers, dyed or natural, from fading. Due to the natural progression of leather, it is common for the colours to change after continued use. Leather is a natural delicate material and should be properly treated and cared for over time. The foregoing warranty is in lieu of and excludes all other warranties not expressly set forth herein, whether express or implied by operation of law or otherwise, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness.
Where you experience a fault with a product it can be returned to us subject to our returns policy below.
Before accepting your item from the courier please thoroughly check inside the boxes beforehand at the point of signing, even if the boxes appear to be in perfect condition. If the items are not in perfect condition, please do not accept them and contact us for a replacement to be sent while the courier is with you on 01513450245. Please ensure you clearly mark the couriers paperwork with a description of the problem. Once items are accepted we will not be held responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever. Signing for items as “unchecked” is not acceptable. We do not accept any claims for damage caused by you the customer.
Where items have been unpacked for you and you have signed the delivery note that you have received the goods in perfect condition, you then waive your right to report any loss or damage to the goods.
There are no warranties with our products. When issues arise, Pamela Anne Furnishings reserves the right to determine whether a replacement or repair is most appropriate.
All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus delivery. On larger items delivery will be calculated on request and charged at cost as we feel this is the fairest way to our clients.
Due to the nature of our products they are generally made to order. Pamela Anne Furnishings will on some products take an initial deposit of up to 60% on placing the order. We are then in a position to instruct the manufacturer of the goods to begin production to your specifications. Some of your rights under standard UK Laws (consumer rights act 2015 and predecessors, distance selling act and sale of goods act etc) DO NOT APPLY. This is relevant to cancellation, refunds and returns. It is strongly advise that you fully understand the cancellation or refunds and returns policies before agreeing to the purchase and the sites terms and conditions.
Once the goods are a few days from completion and due to be dispatched from the country of origin, Pamela Anne Furnishings will contact you for the remaining balance including delivery charge where applicable. In most cases, a delivery date will be advised at this point.
You confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
By way of making a payment you enter into contract that bind you into contract and the terms and conditions on the Pamela Anne Furnishings website.
Refusal of Transaction
We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this Website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this Website. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from this Website whether or not that product has been sold, removing or editing any materials or content on the Website, refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
To be eligible to purchase products on this Website and lawfully enter into and form contracts on this Website under English law you must:
Register by providing your real name, phone number, email address, payment details and other requested information.
Be over 18 years of age.
Stipulate a delivery address in the United Kingdom. Please note that PO box numbers, hotels and accommodation addresses are not acceptable.
Possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us.
By making an offer to buy a product, you specifically authorise us to transmit information (including any updated information) or to obtain information about you from third parties from time to time, including but not limited to, your debit or credit card number or credit reports, to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit card, to obtain an initial credit card authorisation and to authorise individual purchase transactions.
Delivery will only be made to addresses within the UK unless otherwise arranged with our Customer Service team prior to placing an order. It is your responsibility to accept delivery at your chosen address.
Lead time is indicated on individual product pages. Generally, our lead times are conservative estimates given by the relevant manufacturer. However, as examples: due to popular demand, peak season, or configuration changes including non-standard finishes it is possible that the lead times may require extending and it is suggested that upon order completion you call or email our Sales team to give a more accurate reflection. In many cases, it is possible that our conservative estimates mean that we would be in a position to deliver earlier than predicted.
In cases of force majeure (as subsequently described), shipping duration may increase within reason. Force majeure shall include strike, exclusion, official intervention, energy (or resource) scarcity, shipping difficulties, business complications such as fire or water damage to machinery, lightning or any other unforeseeable business complications for which Pamela Anne Furnishings cannot be held responsible. We will inform you of the starting (and ending) point of such shipping impediments as soon as reasonably practicable.
Pamela Anne Furnishings reserves the right to cancel any contract with you if delivery fails three times through your fault. Payments already made will not be refunded. Pamela Anne Furnishings reserves the right to charge you for additional costs that it may incur due to failed deliveries. If your goods remain at our warehouse for more than four weeks, during which time you fail to accept delivery/redelivery (despite Pamela Anne Furnishings having contacted you to do so), you may incur a storage charge. We also reserve the right to cancel your order and retain up to 50% of you order value
Pamela Anne Furnishings asks you to immediately inform the deliverer/carrier and Pamela Anne Furnishings about obvious damage to your order during transit. Doing so has no influence on your rights but will help Pamela Anne Furnishings to make its own claims against the supplier of goods to Pamela Anne Furnishings or our delivery agent.
We only deliver through a ground floor or basement entrance and go up to a second floor level. We cannot deliver above this level unless there is suitable lift access. If you require a special delivery, any extra charges are to be paid by you, the customer. We sell some large and heavy products that on health and safety grounds require more than a two man delivery – we will call you to advise you of any extra cost involved in delivering before your order is processed
Short Delivery, Defective Goods or Damaged Goods
We strongly advise you to thoroughly check your goods upon receipt. To protect your interests, any claim concerning short delivery and/or damaged and/or defective goods found on delivery, or concerning damaged or defective goods found at a later date, must be notified as soon as possible to our Customer Services department +44(0)1513450245.
You are entitled to cancel this contract if you wish to do so, provided you exercise your right no longer than 5 working days after the day on which you place the order. To exercise your right of cancellation you must give written notice to Pamela Anne Furnishings via letter or email with full details of your order. Notification by telephone is not sufficient. If you exercise your right of cancellation after the items have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning your order to Pamela Anne Furnishings at your own cost.
The FULL purchase amount will be need to paid to Pamela Anne Furnishings if a bespoke product is cancelled after 5 working days from when the order is placed.
Pamela Anne Furnishings reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 70% of the original selling price from the refund amount if we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully re-sellable condition.
Products that fall into the following categories will not be refunded unless they are proven to be faulty:
Any bespoke goods that are made to a customer’s own specifications, made to measure or personalised items.
Self-assembly furniture cannot be returned once assembly is part or fully completed.
Mattresses, duvets, pillows, personal grooming products, cosmetics and jewellery.
If you wish to exercise your right to cancel this contract prior to order dispatch, please email firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. If your order has already been dispatched please follow the procedure set out in Refund & Returns. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Returns and Refunds
You may cancel your order with us in writing/telephone by emailing email@example.com at any time up to 5 working days after the order is placed without specific reason.
Where goods have been delivered to you, you must return these goods to us; when you notify us of your cancellation we will inform you how to return the goods to us.
Save to the extent that products you receive are faulty or defective your right to cancel your order in accordance with Section 1. does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods (i) manufactured to your specifications or clearly tailored to your personal needs, or (ii) which are not suitable for return due to their condition – all goods returned must be in a perfect and saleable condition with original product packaging and instructions where appropriate. If the goods do not reach us in a perfect and saleable condition, and in their original packaging, then your right to a full refund may be affected. The fact they spoil quickly or whose expiration date has passed, or i). If you rightfully exercise your right to cancellation in accordance with Section 1. then Pamela Anne Furnishings will refund the price of the product, however you will be responsible for the cost of returning the product. We aim to process these refunds as soon as possible but this may take up to 30 days from the date of cancellation

We make every effort to ensure that the pricing displayed on our website is correct. However, if an error in the pricing of a product is found we reserve the right to either cancel your order or contact you to arrange payment of any extra sum due or refund any over-payment made by you (as applicable). The processing of an order can be cancelled or corrected by us at any time up to the shipment of that order and any related items.
We reserve the right to keep all customer details on Pamela Anne Furnishings ordering system and a paper copy of your details at our Head Office until such a time we deem it suitable to destroy them. We will take all reasonable steps to ensure all information remains confidential.
